I am a bridge for clients to experience themselves as the powerful people they really are. The ancient knowing that "To be Healed is to be Whole" builds strength/empowerment from every experience and memory....from messy to sublime. My life's experiences have taught me the importance of integrating my intuitive/sensitive/Spiritual aspects with my literal world Self. There is no separation between them for me. The result is that I offer gentle assistance and simple self-care tools for navigating life in a calm, peaceful manner that honors one's Heart as it informs one's Mind.
